We see the world as we are.

I love this. I want to read more.

This is great -- thanks for sharing this. Reminds me of the old adage -- we despise in others what we hide within ourselves. This version though is much more optimistic and pro-active. I like that.

Thank your for passing this along, LC. I felt the power of the words.

This is SO good
it's funny, really. funny, peculiar, that is. even though we've never met in person, I can hear you read this passage. well, not to sound to swami, I can't "hear" you read the passage (I think I'm either using swami correctly there...or at least getting my message across if I'm not :P) but there is a sense I have of feeling you read it. seems to really come from you. you put so much thought into your words. you write many words. you must think extremely fast! he he...sidebar...but, you put so much thought into your words...makes me really appreciate the words that you write...or even copy and paste!...whatever the case may be...thanks.

Ugh. Vox messed up my comment..grumble..grumble.. lol..anyways:

OK! Sooo tell me if you remember this! :) "Manford the Sheepish Lion" from the Disney channel! Oh my gosh! I remember watching that cartoon when I was really little..same plot line. Of course this is so much more beautiful and poinent. Thank you for sharing!

The goal may be distant, but awake, arise, and stop not till the goal is reached.

I've been hearing this line since I remember and I never get tired of it.
