Oh, gosh. I wonder what they do when she needs to use the Ladies Room. Is she allowed off-leash? Or does he stand outside the stall? Or does she go to the Men's Room......
Personally, since I have never seen another human on a leash.. I may take a second look. However, it wouldn't offend/scare me. As you mature in life you learn to accept.
I believe the bus driver reacted to fear and in our lifetime, unfortunately that is something that we can not just ignore. We're are often told to follow our instincts but when it offends others it's labeled as discrimination. You win some.. you lose some.
